Advanced Cellular Dynamics

Microscopy

Cellular processes are temporally dynamic, so why restrict cellular evaluations to limited static time-points and potentially miss crucial biological findings. Using Digital Microscopy, we can assess cells to monitor health, growth, protein expression and so much more in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the biology at hand.

Our Etaluma LS720 microscope is equipped for detection of red, blue, and green fluorescence. This allows us to monitor cells using a wide array of florescent antibodies or fluorescent protein - either as a stand-alone entity or attached to a protein of interest within the cell. One major benefit of this small footprint digital microscope is that it can be housed inside a CO2 incubator where it can collect images at predefined intervals - including continuous recording. This helps us monitor and, in some cases, troubleshoot a variety of biological processes.
